These are the caps that work with this pole: SH8022, 8028, 8038, 8043, 8044, 8045, 8046, 8047, SH8015-HK1019. The caps should have a flat bottom. If your caps have a curve bottom, you probably need a different pole. Measure the square end of your poles, this pole is 1x1 inch, not 1 1/4.
