Return Policy

The refund policy is in place to ensure our customers continue to receive the best experience possible.

Please note that all refunds will exclude postage costs; please contact us for confirmation of your orders cost. As all orders bear a delivery cost included in the price, please also note that if an item/items are returned for a refund, the cost of delivery on this item will be deducted from the refund amount. (shipping cost to you is non-refundable). All orders have a shipping fee TO YOU, even though it says "free shipping". This will be subtracted out of your refund.

RETURNS for Accessories and Replacement Parts

When accepted, refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the original purchase price
Refunds under this provision are provided only as a store credit
Original freight costs are not refundable under this provision
Return freight costs are to be paid by the purchaser
The item must be returned in new, unopened, and unused condition
Once the product is assembled or used a return will not be possible under this provision
We provide a 7 day return window from date of delivery under this provision

We have a wide variety of accessories and replacement parts that are compatible with most trampolines, including those made by other manufacturers. However we cannot guarantee that our replacement parts will be compatible so please check the products SPECS for further information.

If you purchase a replacement part that is incompatible or you change your mind, please contact us, and the items can be returned (at the customers expense for postage/courier cost) for a refund*.

*Please note that refunds are only granted if the product is in an unused, as new and fit for resale condition. We will not refund on used or damaged goods. Refunds are also only available three months from the original purchase date, and will exclude original delivery costs.

Please also note that refunds will be processed 7-14 days after the goods have been received into our warehouse and processed accordingly. The method of refund will be by the same method that payment was received.

*Please note if customers require a replacement part exchange due to sizing etc.. a delivery cost will apply.

RETURNS for Trampolines

Full refunds will not be applied to the purchase of 'trampolines'. 'Trampolines' referring to 'bare, the lot, with slam dunk, with tents and with roofs'.

If the customer would like to return the trampoline for a refund or exchange, they will need to organise return via courier at their expense and a $45 inspection and repacking fee will apply. If the trampoline or parts are not 'as new' or fit for resale, have been opened, used or damaged; customers will also be liable for the cost of replacing these parts.

Refunds are also only available three months from the original purchase date, and will exclude original delivery costs.

If a trampoline purchased is deemed faulty or damaged upon delivery, THE MANUFACTURER will arrange for a replacement part to be sent to the customer after assessment and communication has occurred.

*Please note that if the customer paid for installation for either a trampoline or trampoline parts, when replacement parts, trampolines or exchanges occur; We will not responsible for the cost of rehiring further installation.

Warranty Policy

Our products are made from the highest quality and standards and therefore we maintain some of the highest warranties in the industry. Please check individual product SPECS for details.

Warranty periods commence from the date of purchase.

Warranty Inclusions:

Manufacturing issues.
Wear and tear of parts
Damaged parts upon receipt

Warranty Exclusions:

It is essential that customers regularly check their trampolines and follow the maintenance tips to ensure the longevity of their trampoline.

Warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original purchaser only.

Weather Damage

Damage caused to your trampoline as a result of weather events such a rain, wind etc. are not covered under your warranty. If your trampoline is damaged by a weather event, please contact your home insurance provider.

Personal Injury

The warranty does not cover personal injury or losses due to improper assembly or maintenance, nor to damage due to neglect, misuse or accidents. To limit damage caused to the trampoline by improper assembly, carefully follow all installation instructions.

The warranty also does not apply to any damage caused by a third party assembly service.

What to do if you have a warranty issue?

In the event that we do not feel the product is covered under our warranty policy and a second opinion is required, the customer can send the product to us at their cost for both postage and the full appraisal fee.

Once a warranty issue has been identified and the product is covered under warranty, we will contact you and the product will be replaced within 30 days.

We are not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, if such a delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Trampoline Parts and Supply. If this type of delay does occur we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
